"Goadsby don't know what the words 'customer service' mean, their fees are extortionate for both landlords and tenants!
Joshua - you are a disgrace! The way my husband and I were treated by you was disgusting! You decided not to put our offer of rent forward to the landlord and turned it down without even speaking to them. Little did you know that we contacted the landlord directly and they didn't even know about our offer!! Which would have been accepted had they have known about it, and after speaking with them in fact they did accept! We would have been renting the house, had it not been for Goadsby's refusal to reduce the ridiculous fees! Which we felt should have been reduced drastically. Almost £700 just on referencing alone!
Then deposit, rent and also exit fees on top!
When this issue was raised with your manager - you lied and said the offer was put forward and the landlord had rejected! Therefore you called both the landlord's and potential tenants liars.
This is not the way to treat people. If I could give this company no stars I would!
