"Service was impeccable up until the day we moved in..
Then noone turned up to our check-in and it was all downhill from there - almost 2 weeks later and we still don't have all the keys for the property.
Charlotte has been unhelpful, unapologetic and even rude - she seems inexperienced and unable to act appropriately when things go wrong.
Tonte has so far been proactive and helpful, hopefully things will improve in his hands."

They have a good portfolio of properties and make sure you will fulfill the gaps for your search. "We have had a lot of issues after moving in, mainly no hot water or heating for 3 days. Tonte has sorted every out and now fingers crossed everything is working as should be.. He has replied to emails in a timely fashion.
One point I would like to make, as a new tenant moving into a flat I think I would makes sense if there was a handover as such ie how heating works, boiler, where electricity box/gas box/bins are located.
