"I first brought my property 12 years ago from Elms and received such good service that when I decided to rent my property out they were my first choice. I approached 3 other businesses but as expected found the most impressive was Elms. The staff are all helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have had no problems at all with them and they make the experience of being a landlord an easy one. Understanding of both the landlord and tennant they are a perfect company to use. Thankyou to Rutland and all the team."

"My daughter (as a student)has rented 2 properties from Elms in the last 5 years. Rutland & his team have always been friendly , helpful & efficient. It is sometimes difficult in London to know who to trust when renting(regarding fees etc) but Elms are certainly a trustworthy firm. I cannot recommend them highly enough! "

They have been excellent landlords, maintained the property we rented very well and were very quick to resolve any issues which arose. "We found Elms when walking down Bethnal Green road. They were immediately able to show us some properties and offer support in finding the right fit. Through out our tenancy we could rely on them to get things fixed, and at the end it was a seamless process. I would not hesitate to recommend them. "
